Some of the best airdrops in the last 6 months happened on SUI, such as DeepBook, Walrus and many others. In today's video we're taking a deep dive into what's currently hot on SUI, what are the best airdrop targets, some amazing technological breakthroughs as well and at the end even a couple devices with potential airdrops. Let's get started. First let's go over some numbers really quickly. SUI's currently got about 1.2 billion in total value locked in DeFi and that is down about 40% from the January highs of just over 2 billion. Its apps and DEX volumes are also very good in the last 24 hours. App revenue is about 127,000 whereas DEX volume is just over 250 million. Regarding SUI market cap it's currently ranked 17 and sitting as of making of this video April 17th at rank 17. And considering that the total value locked in DeFi right now is just under 100 billion, the fact that SUI holds slightly over 1% should mean that we are very early for this ecosystem and it is the reason why it is one of the main three ecosystems that we are mostly bullish on for 2025 alongside Hyperliquid and Sonic. Now regarding the project specifics we've covered many many times over the last years you will see many familiar faces such as SUI Land, Navi, Cetus, Heydall, Scallop, many many others. Especially DeepVook which was one of the best airdrops on SUI so far and this is positioning to be one of the premier places to swap tokens on SUI. So usually when you identify the best DEX of an ecosystem seeing how it moves up in price should be somewhat indicative of the whole chain's cumulative strength. And it has been rising both in price of a token and index volumes over the last week. Namely Walrus as well has been one of the many five figure airdrops we've received in SUI over the last half a year. But of course this one has been performing slightly less ideal in the last couple of days. Of course it was recent launch. It launched I think March 27th. So of course it's going to be a lot more volatile in the early days. And final update from the past before we jump into the new stuff is CREA. If you still have liquidity on CREA it is probably worthwhile to check if this liquidity is in Deep SUI, Wall SUI, USDC, USDT or USDC pairs because those will be receiving extra half a million in KDX tokens over the next seven days starting on April 14th. Now let's jump into new stuff starting with SEAL. That is Miston Labs latest development in data security. As you know Miston Labs is the company behind SUI blockchain and they are trying to develop a solution which is going to help apps get secure data access through many different new methods. Of course this is just way too technical, unnecessarily technical for purposes of this video. But of course this matters the most because it protects user data and it allows for more gated content in certain situations. There are many use cases such as also game logic to encrypt assets in games and make just NFT transfer much more easier. And you can also get web free messaging services. We've had attempts in the past with the email and many others. But if this actually becomes developed on SUI blockchain which is fast, scalable, efficient, cheap, it's going to be very, very good. Of course currently they have said that there is no any incentives or rewards for participating on SEAL on SUI testnet. But we all know how this game is played. They always say that in order to protect users from calling for airdrop scams. But of course as time progresses, it might be actually beneficial to participate in this when there was no any real incentive in case they add some incentives in the future. Of course we can also be completely wrong here and this is actually the truth. But for example, walrus was also supposed to be not incentivized and it was one of the best SUI airdrops. So you always have to take these things with a reserved dose of salt. So what can you actually do with SEAL right now? One of the guys in our discord has given us a step by step tutorial how to actually do this in a very coherent manner. If you want, you can either pause the video right now and follow the steps or simply join the discord and continue in the discussion. It's as straightforward as it gets. You get your SUI tokens through some faucet and you deploy your liquidity on testnet on steam.finance, steamfi. And for the other part of this message also, they seem to be having, of course, a lot of partnerships. It is the Miston Labs team. So they have very, very good coordination with other projects on SUI. For example, with walrus, they repost their communication. And if you want to get a more in-depth understanding how this is going to work from a technical standpoint, there is going to be a live recording very, very soon for how SEAL works. And by the time you're watching this video, you will almost certainly already be able to see the recording of this Twitter X live. Now, another project you should keep on your radar is Ika.xyz. And this is actually one of the premier interoperability solutions coming up in the future. They're basically allowing you to use any asset on SUI natively. This is hugely important because if you remember, there was billions of dollars being hacked through just bridge exploits in 2023 alone. And of course, adding in a little bit of chain extraction, sprinkling in a little bit of agents along the story. Of course, this is something that people should probably pay attention to. Now, if you want to look through some numbers, they're trying to scale SUI transactions to over 10,000 transactions per second. To get sub-second finality and to have much more nodes for better decentralization. And how is this going to work? Basically, you will be able to utilize any of your assets on SUI directly using their solutions. Of course, when I first read through all this, it seemed a little bit unreal. Of course, currently we're in the testnet phase of this. So who knows if it even gets enough funding or gets developed in time. But it does solve a huge problem with interoperability, with bridges. And yeah, it's something to probably keep an eye out for. Mainnet is coming very, very soon. I will also be doing activities on Mainnet. But for now, you are very, very early because this does seem to be flying a little bit under the radar. Unfortunately, you cannot apply for incentivized testnet as of current moment. But make sure to follow them on your socials to see if this is something you want to participate in. If you want to see some more in-depth details about the white paper and most importantly, team, because you have to take a look at the team. They're all doxxed and unfortunately, there's no links to their LinkedIn profiles. But personally, I don't really know any of them from like crypto space. But if you want to do some research, a doxxed team is always, always a big plus. And one of the easier ways to stay up to date with all information regarding airdrops is to be a part of private communities, not just one, but multiple, where you can aggregate information in a timely manner and save so much time. But it's not just the strategies, it's also sometimes the motivation to actually get going when you see people having amazing results following the strategies. It also helps you push forward in the direction that you want. If this is something that interests you, check out the Subscriptions tab. It is always the first link or the description of every video. You can find monthly yearly plans as well as an every practical application to help you keep organized. Now, let's take a look at some niche opportunities on Sui, namely starting with Sui Play. If you have bought this device, it was around $800, I remember half a year ago or one year ago, their airdrops have already started. You're receiving some drips here and there. There was, for example, the latest one was April 11th from the Hip Hop. This was a meme coin on Sui, so it wasn't worth much, but still free money is always great. So if you bring one of the first thousand buyers and you hold mythic and exalted NFT, make sure to check your Sui Play. And if you actually want this device, there might be still worthwhile to buy it because in the future, we all know what Saga 1 did. 30 million bonk was beyond crazy. And another one, much more speculative one is also this kind of helium wannabe on Sui. It's carrier one. It's basically a hotspot that you can deploy worldwide to basically provide internet. But again, very similar to helium has been slightly underperforming over the last two years and not up to par, but it is an option. They might do an airdrop in the future. So something to keep on your radar if you're interested in this kind of tools. Also, we cannot forget the Sui passport. This was already mentioned in one of our previous videos. However, this is another way to simple proof your wallets and make sure that you are actually an owner, even though it's been a bit buggy, a bit glitchy last couple of days. This is definitely something you will want if you're serious about Sui ecosystem. And of course, there are always the galaxy test, which you can also do. This is very straightforward, very simple. Just following, retweeting, and you can do software. Three things, three projects, Astros, perhaps Beta, Volo and Navi. And let's wrap up on the tech side of things. There is a latest development with Nautilus. Now, I'm pretty sure that this has nothing to do with the Nautilus chain, which we've been bridging over during the Hyperlane days. But if I'm wrong, let me know in the comments. Now, for this one, it is basically very straightforward. They're allowing the developers to execute high sensitivity or high cost computations of chain in isolated, tamper-proof, trusted execution environments. And what this allows is basically to have much, much smoother experience building dApps on Sui. And some of the best use cases are tamper-proof oracles for real-world data. And you will also be able to get a verifiable randomness in web-free games, which is very important. And this is maybe the most important one, to actually have a private identity verification for KYC purposes. Because at the moment, we have to rely on some third party to not be corrupt, to not be hacked, and not to have our data exposed. If this use case actually survives and makes it through, it's going to be huge. Of course, I will leave this in particular link of the video, as with all the other ones, if you want to go into more details. But at the moment, it's in test-and-phase. So, if you want to test it out, make sure to join their Discord, own them on X, and stay up to date with all the updates. Also, we cannot forget that it is also going to be used in tandem with Seal, the project privacy-preserving project we mentioned before, by Miston Labs. So, make sure to join Sui Discord if you still haven't, if you want to stay up to date with the latest development, both with Notulis and Seal. And that is a wrap for all the Sui airdrop, DeFi, and tech topics for today. If you want to continue the discussion, feel free to do so in the comments below and in our Discord.
